“International Women's Day recognizes women's contribution to global progress and the Mentoring Walk is an opportunity to demonstrate the power of women's leadership and unite women in support of other women. At the event, we have the opportunity to share challenges and solutions and form supportive bonds that promote growth, trust and leadership”, highlights the Ambassador of the Rede Mulher Empreendedora de Florianópolis, Ana Bevilacqua.

This year there will be 10 mentors who will work on themes that were identified as demands by women in past events. “We are looking for specialists in each area, women who identify with the purpose of sharing knowledge and experiences. They will tell about themselves and listen and guide the participants, in a closer, interactive and shared exchange than in the lectures. Our experience has been very gratifying”, comments Mari Mauger, who, along with Ana, is an RME Ambassador in the capital of Santa Catarina.

The themes this year will be Emotional Intelligence (with Adriana Loch), Personal Finance (with Aline Flor), Personal Branding (with Carla Cavalheiro), Competences for Entrepreneurship (with Cris Zambon), Netoworking (with Maria Eugênia Faccio), Storytelling (with Renata Hinnig), Professional Numerology (with Rita Rosa), Spiritual Intelligence (with Vanessa Milis) and Social Network Management (with Zenaide Carvalho), Carlei Nunes (market analysis)
