September air network in Florianópolis has return of flights to Porto Alegre

With the guarantee of maintaining a safe resumption of airport operations, the Floripa Airport informs that the air network scheduled for September at Florianópolis International Airport will return to the Florianópolis - Porto Alegre route.

Azul Linhas Aéreas confirms the operation from September 14, week of the Farroupilha celebrations in the neighboring state, with 6 weekly frequencies (round trip). The route had ceased to be operated on a regular basis on March 22, at the start of the coronavirus pandemic.

Projections indicate a 29% growth in the September air network at the airport, jumping from 644 flights in August to 831 flights in September. The total number of flights represents 36% of the operations carried out in September 2019. The concessionaire emphasizes, however, that the data vary according to passenger demand and it is natural to undergo changes throughout the month.
