A Floripa Airport, concessionaire of Florianópolis International Airport, released this Wednesday a video that shows the actions taken at the airport for the high summer season.

The video has a special touch. The song Um Lugar was composed especially for the airport by the local band Dazaranha, the most representative of Santa Catarina, with almost 30 years of career.

In production, the concessionaire presents a summary of the coronavirus prevention initiatives adopted at the airport, including thermal cameras for temperature control and facial recognition that identify the correct use of masks, sanitizing mats for the soles of passengers' shoes and the high care with cleaning, with cleaning with hospital products performed several times a day.

The video also highlights the advantages of the modern facility, which opened in October 2019, such as the architectural design of the open stores, which facilitates greater air circulation, and Boulevard 14/32, a semi-covered square at the entrance to the airport.

Among the novelties of the season are an official beach tennis court, open and free, and the reopening of the panoramic terrace, with limited public capacity, distance marking, spaced furniture and lots of alcohol gel.

This Friday, the 18th, flights to Foz do Iguaçu, an exclusive high season route, will debut. Flights will be daily, 7 times a week, until February 1st. In this month of December, the concessionaire plans to recover 60% of the movement registered in December 2019. See more details here
