Florianópolis International Airport was the winner, in the airport category, of the Experience Awards 2023. 30 airports from all over Brazil participated in the survey and more than 20 thousand opinions were collected from passengers, who evaluated items such as information and customer support, quality of services and infrastructure and variety of destinations. 

Among those registered, thirteen airports scored above average and received Experience Certification, including Vitória Airport in Espírito Santo, also managed by Zurich Airport Brasil. Florianópolis airport was the only one to win the 2023 Experience Awards Trophy, as the leading brand in its segment. 

The Experience Awards, created by SoluCX, is an initiative that recognizes companies that stand out for offering the best experiences to their customers and therefore obtain high recommendation power. Brands are evaluated by a panel with thousands of consumers, which makes the award 100% customer voice.

Since 2018, Florianópolis International Airport has been managed by Zurich Airport Brasil, which also operates Vitória and Macaé airports. In the last three years, the terminal in the capital of Santa Catarina was voted the best in Brazil, among airports in all categories.
