O Floripa Airport Cargo closed the first six months of the year with excellent results, which solidify them as an important logistics arm in Santa Catarina. The results of the first half of the year already exceed the entire year of 2019, pre-pandemic period.

Among the never before achieved milestones are the 35% growth in weight handled and a 142% increase in the CIF value of goods. With progressive and constant evolution, the Florianópolis International Cargo Terminal is already among the top 5 in the country in the electronic segment.

The consolidation of the Miami x Florianópolis weekly freight route, which will complete one year in August with 100% regularity, combined with the terminal's efficiency and operational quality (about 82% of cargo released within 24 hours) has attracted new companies to import Santa Catarina.

"You don't Floripa Airport Cargo, the solutions vary in an agile and fast way to keep up with market changes and multiply with each need. We apply the tailor-made concept for imports, as we cannot offer the same solution for the electronics market that we offer for the pharmaceutical industry, for example”, explains Fabio Marques, Operations Director at Florianópolis Airport.
